Your Responsibilities
  • Lead Comprehensive Searches from the initial discussion to successful closure.
  • Engage as a Client Partner, grasping their hiring goals, challenges, and core values.
  • Utilize Strategic Sourcing through our proprietary CRM/ATS, as well as leveraging your professional network and tools.
  • Maximize Our Platform to coordinate candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
  • Champion Permanent Placements that yield long-term benefits for clients and enhanced commissions for you.
  • Contribute to Thought Leadership as we elevate our reputation, and yours too.

Who You Are
  • Possess 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or a consultative sales environment.
  • Have a solid understanding of the healthcare landscape or an eagerness to learn with our guidance.
  • Adept at building and maintaining client relationships and securing job placements.
  • Comfortable navigating various ATS/CRM systems (with training included).
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, aiming to cultivate something meaningful and long-lasting.
