Pride Staff is expanding our internal Financial sales and recruiting team in the MIAMI & SOUTH FLORIDA market to meet an increasing demand for accounting and financial professionals. Staffing Consultants within Pride Staff Financial are part of a unique and specialized professional sales, recruiting and staffing team. Pride Staff Financial Consultants benefit from creating outstanding experiences with clients and job seekers through sales and recruiting efforts, and successfully matching talented professionals with top companies in the area.

Building a lucrative career within Pride Staff includes the following sales, staffing and recruiting duties:

• Create great experiences by making the right candidate matches in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions focused on the finance & accounting roles.
• Plan and manage your business to achieve specific sales, recruiting and staffing targets
• Recruit, build, and maintain a candidate network
• Utilize various recruiting approaches and recruiting tools including online recruiting, network recruiting, direct recruiting and generating recruiting referrals
• Develop sales with a relationship based sales approach
• Grow and maintain a client base using our unique inside sales calls
• Document all sales, recruiting and staffing activity
• Consistently provide experiences focused on what clients and job seekers value most

Professionals with varied backgrounds have built successful sales, recruiting and staffing careers within Pride Staff. The following experiences, education and approach help create success:

• At least 2 years of staffing/recruiting experience
• Fully bilingual in English & Spanish, Portuguese is PLUS.
• Highly Proficient with MS Office, Google Docs, Zoom & Social Media.
• An aptitude for sales, recruiting and staffing
• Comfortable working with all levels of professionals
• At least two years of proven success in sales, customer service, recruiting or transferable skills
• Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, self-confidence and a high sense of urgency
• Passion for helping others
• Comfortable working from home and/or hybrid configuration
• Will be required to meet/work from office 1x a week in Miami/Brickell.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Per Year
