• Evaluate candidates and compile reports for hiring managers
• Implement AI for logistical and sourcing enhancements
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience using AI recruiting tools effectively
• Strong understanding of AI engineering
• Excellent written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized in managing candidates
