What we doAt ING’s HR Data Team, our mission is to enable the best data-driven decision‑making within HR. We do this by collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to uncover insights that support both strategic and day‑to‑day HR initiatives. Our work helps ING attract, retain, and develop top talent through smarter, evidence‑based choices.
What you’ll do- Rebuild existing dashboards to Power BI (that track and visualise the HR topics).
- Drive the implementation of Power BI across the team and the HR organisation.
- Identify opportunities to improve data reporting and visualisation processes.
- Play a key role in introducing and embedding Power BI within HR, from building dashboards to empowering colleagues to work with data more effectively.

Requirements- 3rd year HBO student in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- Experience with or strong interest in Power BI and data visualisation.
- Analytical, detail‑oriented, and enjoy making complex data easy to understand.
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with others and sharing insights.

A 5–6 month internship (1 semester), starting July 2026.
A competitive internship allowance of €700 per month (36‑hour workweek).
