As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payroll across Yukon and other Canadian jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legislation. You will maintain payroll records, manage deductions, and collaborate with both HR and Finance teams. This position offers a unique chance to grow in a supportive and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end payroll for Yukon and Canadian employees
• Ensure compliance with all payroll legislation
• Manage payroll adjustments, T4 forms, and ROEs
• Respond to inquiries and help maintain payroll records
• Assist in audits and reporting to enhance processes
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of Canadian payroll experience
• Direct Yukon payroll processing experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a remote working environment
