Job Description The Opportunity Procom is looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 3-month contract.

As a member of the team, you will source candidates on behalf of internal Procom hiring managers across the whole Procom group of companies, working in both English and French. You will attract first-rate talent and build lasting, successful careers  will own the full candidate journey, staying high-touch at every stage while keeping hiring managers informed and supported. You will also put modern AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot to work in your day-to-day, using them to accelerate sourcing, research, screening, and candidate communication so you spend more time building relationships and less on busy work.###

Responsibilities
* Partner with the internal hiring managers and stakeholders to identify their hiring needs.
* Conduct intake sessions with the internal hiring manager and set expectations for the recruitment process.
* Create and execute the sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting the role profile.
* Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy for all identified positions by evaluating competitors, similar companies and the marketplace to provide insights that may impact on the hiring process
* Facilitate the creation of internal job descriptions alongside hiring managers for new positions and review existing job descriptions prior to commencing search to validate the existing requirements including compensation are relevant to the current organizational standards
* Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility with the organization and role.
* Qualify candidates meet internal hiring requirements including background screening, testing and ability to provide supervisory references
* Manage the job offer and negotiation process through to its completion

The Requirements
* 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
* Very strong search and headhunting skills
* Extensive experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
* Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches
* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and candidate databases
* Comfort using AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot to speed up sourcing, research, screening, and candidate outreach.
* Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
* Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written
