We are looking for a motivated Compensation, Benefits & HRIS Specialist to join our Human Resources team, who is eager to learn, grow, and take responsibility.

What

you'll do
  • Development and implementation of compensation policies, programs and processes
  • Running the annual compensation processes in line with relevant regulations
  • Performing job evaluations and participates in benchmark surveys
  • Preparation of analyses and presentations for Nomination & Remuneration Committee meetings
  • Development, implementation and maintenance of benefits programs such as pension plans, life, health, and disability insurance
  • Maintenance of HR information systems and ensures high quality of HR data
  • Monitoring HR information needs and designing new or modifying existing systems to meet changing requirements
  • Managing HR Controlling and defining and reporting of various HR KPIs to relevant stakeholders
What you'll need
  • Certified HR Specialist or Bachelor's degree in the relevant field is required
  • Possess a successful track record and work experience in Total Rewards
  • Analytical skills and detail-oriented
  • In depth knowledge of remuneration regulations and governance (VegüV/CH/EU)
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus (written & spoken)
  • Hands‑on mentality
