Die Rehaklinik Tschugg AG in Bern sucht eine kompetente Person für HR-Support im Bereich strategische und konzeptionelle HRM-Projekte. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von HR-Konzepte und die Unterstützung der HR-Teams sowie der Führungskräfte.
Erforderlich sind ein (Fach-)Hochschulabschluss im HR-Bereich und mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung. SAP- und Excel-Kenntnisse sind ebenfalls nötig, während Kenntnisse in Microsoft Power BI von Vorteil sind.
