Talent Manager, Recruiter
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a large, established Aerospace & Defense organization. This role is ideal for a driven recruiter with a strong sense of urgency, proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions, and the confidence to partner with — and hold — hiring managers accountable throughout the hiring process.
Schedule:
9/80 work schedule (80 hours over 9 days) – enjoy every other Friday off.
- Own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, including Engineering, Assembly, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements, set expectations, and drive efficient hiring decisions
- Manage a high-volume requisition load (100+ roles distributed across the recruiting team) while maintaining quality and speed
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent
- Lead candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes
- Ensure a strong, consistent candidate experience from initial outreach through offer
- Utilize Workday and other recruiting tools to track pipeline activity and maintain accurate candidate data
- Prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- 3+ years of corporate full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive accountability with hiring managers
- Experience using ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and various sourcing tools
- Demonstrated ability to attract and engage passive candidates
This is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
