About the Role

IPSY is looking for a Talent & Development Partner — a rare operator who can architect how we build organizational capability while also rolling up their sleeves to design and execute with excellence. This role owns five core areas: talent management (talent reviews, succession planning, executive coaching), learning strategy, core people cycles (performance management, engagement and pulse surveys), culture, and AI enablement, leading the workforce through the AI transformation, building the confidence, fluency, and habits that turn AI into a real competitive advantage.

Highly visible and high‑impact, this role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, connecting business needs to the programs, cycles, and experiences that deliver on them. It’s ideal for someone who is self‑directed, is energized by the role of AI in modern work, and partners closely with People Business Partners and leaders to build critical org capabilities.

This position reports to the VP, Head of People.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead talent management strategy, including talent reviews, succession planning, and capability assessments tied to actionable development plans
  • Build and manage executive coaching programs, ensuring meaningful outcomes and alignment with business needs
  • Partner with HRBPs to integrate talent insights into workforce planning, headcount decisions, and leadership conversations
  • Develop clear dashboards and reporting to surface talent health and inform senior leadership decisions
  • Architect and execute IPSY’s learning strategy across all employee levels, including manager and leadership development
  • Design and deliver high‑impact learning programs (live and asynchronous) while optimizing tools, adoption, and measurable ROI
  • Partner with teams to diagnose development needs and implement targeted learning and effectiveness interventions
  • Own performance management cycles, engagement surveys, and pulse programs, translating insights into actionable org‑level strategies
  • Build scalable frameworks, toolkits, and processes to drive consistent, high‑quality people experiences across the organization
  • Lead AI fluency and enablement efforts, designing role‑based learning, driving capabilities across the org that positions IPSY's workforce to lead in the AI era, not follow, as the workplace continues to evolve
  • Drive culture and employee experience programs that create a workplace where every employee can do their best work
What We Are Looking For
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience across talent management, L&D, and people programs, with end‑to‑end ownership
  • Proven ability to design and run performance cycles, engagement surveys, and talent reviews in fast‑paced environments
  • Experience building and facilitating learning programs…
