Partner closely with our recruiting team to proactively source and engage technical talent across industrial automation, controls engineering, software development, OT/IT, and related technical disciplines.

Use Linked In Recruiter, networking, referrals, industry groups, Boolean searches, and non-traditional sourcing methods to find hard-to-reach talent that other companies are missing.

Develop an understanding of technical skill sets including:

• PLC Programming
• SCADA/HMI Systems
• OT Infrastructure
• Systems Integration

(You do not need to be an engineer — but you should enjoy learning technical concepts.)

Craft thoughtful and personalized outreach messaging that helps candidates understand who Vertech is, what we do, and why our opportunities are worth exploring.

Work collaboratively with our Talent Acquisition team to support active hiring efforts, build long-term pipelines, and improve sourcing strategies across the company.

Continuously identify new sourcing methods, tools, and processes that improve pipeline quality and hiring outcomes.

Maintain accurate ATS records, candidate activity, interview stages, and sourcing metrics while helping ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 1–3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing for technical or engineering-related roles preferred
• Strong internet research and Boolean search skills
• Experience using Linked In Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
• Curious mindset with the ability to learn technical concepts quickly
