As the Regional People Services Manager, you will work under the Director of Field People Services, playing a key role in talent management and organizational capability. Your efforts will drive staffing success and enhance the work environment through strategic recruitment and comprehensive training programs. Ensuring compliance with employment legislation is also a priority, creating a fair and inclusive workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the development of leadership talent pipelines

• Implement effective training for field leadership

• Promote active engagement among team members

• Oversee recruitment for leadership roles

• Analyze and report on performance management data

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in multi-location settings

• Post-secondary education in HR or related field

• Proficient in French and English communication

• Strong decision-making and organizational abilities

• Ability to provide influential leadership
