Payroll Administrator

Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Champlin, Minnesota. In this role, you will oversee the accurate and timely processing of weekly union payrolls, benefits reporting, and compliance tasks. This position offers a hybrid work environment, providing a mix of in-office and remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities:

- Process weekly union payroll with precision and attention to detail.

- Prepare and submit monthly union benefit reports in compliance with regulations.

- Generate weekly certified payroll reports to ensure proper documentation.

- Conduct monthly utilization reporting to track employee and resource efficiency.

- Manage prevailing wage reporting and compliance requirements.

- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Facilitate payroll-related segments of new field leader orientations.

- Handle employee setup processes to ensure smooth onboarding.

- Perform additional payroll-related duties as assigned. Requirements - Expertise in full-cycle payroll processing, including union payrolls.

- Experience managing multi-state payroll operations.

- Proven ability to handle payroll for mid-sized organizations (101-500 employees).

- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.

- Solid understanding of payroll compliance and reporting requirements.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse teams.

- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in payroll tasks.
