What You Will Do

The Senior International Mobility & Human Resources Specialist serves as a trusted advisor supporting Fed Ex’s growing international mobility needs across APAC and MEISA. As part of a lean global mobility team, this role partners closely with HR, business leaders, vendors, and internationally mobile employees to ensure smooth, compliant, and employee-focused mobility operations.

This role plays a key part in supporting Fed Ex’s international growth strategy by managing mobility programs, strengthening compliance processes, and driving operational excellence across immigration, tax, relocation, and assignment management.

Essential Functions

Manage end-to-end international mobility cases including expatriation, relocation, immigration, tax, and social security coordination.
Ensure compliance with regional regulations and mobility policies to minimize financial and reputational risks.
Support the expansion and governance of Stock & Mobility Compliance processes across APAC and MEISA.

Program & Operational Support

Support increasing mobility volumes and complexities across APAC and MEISA.
Identify process improvement opportunities and help drive operational efficiencies and standardization.
Partner with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless mobility support and employee experience.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

Act as a key point of contact for mobile employees, executives, HR partners, and business leaders.
Maintain accurate mobility records, reporting, and documentation.
Provide insights and support on mobility trends, risks, and compliance matters.

You will be a great fit if

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, International Business, or related field preferred.
5–8 years of experience in international mobility, global HR, or expatriate management.
Strong knowledge of immigration, relocation, tax, and mobility compliance processes.
Experience working across multinational and cross-cultural environments, ideally within APAC and/or MEISA.
Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high attention to detail and compliance.
