What You Bring:
- 5+ years of engineering recruitment experience within a staffing agency (construction/manufacturing experience preferred as well).
- Proven success in the staffing industry.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own day-to-day activities.
- A home office setup - this is a fully remote opportunity.
