Remote Senior HR Analyst at Dorado Software

Join Dorado Software Group as a Senior People Operations Analyst, providing remote support for global HR operations. Utilize your skills in HRIS administration and data integrity management.

This role is a one-year contract in support of the People function, reporting directly to the Director of People Operations. You'll manage employee data in Bamboo

HR, execute payroll processes, and oversee onboarding/offboarding while implementing AI tools for improved efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy of employee data in HR systems

• Coordinate payroll processing across regions

• Implement onboarding and exit procedures for staff

• Administer job postings and candidate management in ATS

• Generate reports for HR metrics and analytics

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of experience in HR or People Operations

• Strong experience with Bamboo

HR or equivalent systems

• Advanced knowledge of Excel for data management

• Experience with payroll across multi-jurisdictional needs

• Strong documentation and communication skills

Drive efficiency in HR processes while contributing to Dorado Software's strategic goals.
