Remote - Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - Talent Management
Job Type: W2
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, HRIS with deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically focusing on Talent Management and Learning modules. This role partners closely with HR Talent leaders to enable business processes through functional configuration, user experience optimization (Redwood, HCM Design Studio), and secure system design. You will drive continuous improvement, transforming talent acquisition, performance tracking, and employee development into intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end implementation lifecycle and continuous enhancements for Oracle Talent Management (Goals, Performance, Talent Reviews) and Learning modules.
- Lead interactive discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops with talent management stakeholders and business units.
- Perform comprehensive fit/gap analysis against native Oracle Cloud capabilities to guide best-practice architecture.
- Author and maintain critical functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and detailed target process maps.
- Configure talent cycles, learning offerings, communities, responsive pages, and guided journeys using Sandbox and Redwood UX.
- Maintain robust HCM Security profiles, job roles, and data security policies tailored to talent visibility.
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test scenario planning, and post-deployment validation.
- Manage Oracle quarterly upgrade assessments, conducting impact analysis for newly delivered talent and learning features.
- 5-7+ years of functional experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, with a heavy emphasis on Talent and Learning.
- Proven experience leading design workshops, discovery sessions, and executing fit/gap analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience with Core HR, HCM Design Studio, Redwood UX, and Oracle HCM Security structures.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex talent strategies into system configurations.
- Education:
Required a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
