You will be an integral part of Iron Mountain's Shared Services team, handling Tier 3 Employee Relations cases and offering coaching to managers on best practices. This role requires an experienced professional to navigate disciplinary actions, investigations, and performance management while promoting a fair workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage high-level Employee Relations cases and investigations
• Coach managers on conflict resolution and performance standards
• Advise on Organizational changes and risk mitigation
• Optimize HR processes for consistency and insights
• Leverage case data for reporting and analysis
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Human Resources with Employee Relations expertise
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Bilingual in English and French is required
• Experience in regional shared services preferred
• Bachelor's degree is an asset
