We are searching for a motivated bilingual specialist to join our Shared Services team. In this role, you will manage high-level employee relations cases, offering strategic advice for risk mitigation and change management. Your expertise will help build a fair and high-performing workplace culture while supporting people managers through ongoing coaching and consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Tier 3 employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions

• Provide coaching and consultation to people managers

• Advise on organizational changes and labor relations

• Optimize HR processes and deliver actionable insights

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in employee relations

• Strong knowledge of labor standards and workplace investigations

• Bilingual in English and French

• Exceptional conflict resolution skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred
