Supervises a team supporting Workday Talent Acquisition and Onboarding operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality system support, configuration, and user enablement activities. Oversees day-to-day operations while partnering with HR stakeholders to support effective system functionality, process improvements, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee day-to-day Workday system support and ticket resolution.

* Assign and monitor team workload; ensure SLA adherence.

* Guide configuration activities within Recruiting and Onboarding modules and ensure accuracy and compliance.

* Support implementation of process improvements and system updates.

* Ensure training materials and documentation are current.

* Act as escalation point for complex issues.

* Support testing activities and Workday releases within assigned modules.

* Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders to support business requirements and operational needs.

* Monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities for service improvement.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree required.

* 6-8 years of HRIS/Workday experience with expertise in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding modules.

* 1-2 years of supervisory, team lead, project lead, or informal leadership experience.

* Experience supporting Workday configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and operational processes.

* Prior supervisory experience preferred.
