Location: Dupo
The Goley Companies is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join their People & Culture team in Dupo, IL. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, enhancing new hire onboarding experiences, and supporting HR systems optimization.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and have at least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus. The position is primarily remote but candidates near Dupo are preferred.
