Remote Role: US hours 3 days per week (typically 10am–7pm)

• Running a 360 desk, focusing on mid-to-senior level data and analytics roles in the US.
• Developing new business and managing relationships with leading clients across the States.
• Sourcing and headhunting high‑calibre candidates across Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering.
• Collaborating with US teams in New York, San Francisco, and Phoenix to share clients and market insight.
• Contributing to team growth, supporting the continued development of our UK‑based US function.
