The Employee & Labour Relations Manager will oversee relations in a highly regulated field, requiring strong analytical and negotiation skills. This role manages grievances, performance issues, and workplace investigations while ensuring compliance with labour agreements. Your guidance will be essential in fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships

• Lead workplace investigations and conflict resolutions

• Advise on collective agreements and employment law

• Organize and participate on Union-Hospital committees

• Provide training updates on labour relations issues

Requirements:

• Master’s or relevant HR degree preferred

• 10+ years in HR roles within a unionized setting

• Strong knowledge of labour relations processes

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
