• Present qualified candidates to our internal team for further evaluation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our system.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of strong professionals in key markets.

• Proven experience sourcing and screening for technical

• Skilled in Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Access to sourcing platforms or databases is a plus.
