Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with candidates and clients for effective engagement

• Partner with Central Delivery teams to enhance candidate sourcing

• Assess candidates for qualifications and compatibility with clients

• Coach candidates for success in securing job interviews

• Provide feedback and support for associates' professional growth

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience in a service environment

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience in Human Resources preferred

• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
