Actief Werkt! in Tilburg zoekt een nieuwe collega voor de rol van recruiter in de productie. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige sollicitatieproces, relatiebeheer en personeelsplanning. Je werkt op maandag, woensdag en vrijdag bij de klant en de overige dagen vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Breda of vanuit huis.
Er wordt een grote mate van zelfstandigheid en flexibiliteit gevraagd, aangezien je op verschillende locaties inzetbaar bent. Tot de taken behoren ook HR-advies en het afhandelen van administratie.
