• Work with our operations consultants to define ideal candidate profiles and hiring priorities.
• Manage candidate sourcing (leveraging both Diamond Accelerator's database, hiring tools and your internal network).
• Screen candidates through initial interviews and assessments, ensuring only high-quality candidates advance.
• Advise clients on hiring decisions and help them confidently select top candidates.
• Support clients and new hires during onboarding to drive early-stage success and retention.
• Provide coaching and best practices to clients when needed (acting as both tactical recruiter and strategic hiring advisor).
• Contribute to ongoing optimization of Diamond Accelerator’s internal hiring systems, tools, and processes.

• 3+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally with high-growth medical aesthetic practices.
• Equally strong at sourcing AND screening candidates; able to build talent pipelines and move the right people through them quickly.
• Passion for onboarding and early-stage retention as part of the end-to-end hiring process.

Base + commission (varies based on experience: 60K - 100K+) & medical + vision + dental
