Butler Rose is expanding its high‑performing South West team and we’re looking for an experienced recruiter ready to take ownership of a warm, established Accountancy & Finance desk. This is an opportunity for a proven biller to step into an existing client base and build on strong foundations.

• Warm, performing desk with active clients and live roles

• Managing and developing a high‑potential A&F desk across the South West
• Building long‑term relationships with clients and finance professionals
• Driving billings growth while maintaining high service standards
• Identifying opportunities to expand into new areas
