• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for corporate and contract-based positions
• Develop and maintain strategic talent pipelines aligned with upcoming contracts and proposals
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Support the evaluation and optimization of the current Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to identify job requirements and ensure consistent hiring practices

• Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within or for the federal contracting environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create an engaging candidate experience
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools

• Professional certification such as AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), SHRM-CP, or PHR
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed or remote work forces
• Experience supporting OCONUS recruiting within or for small to mid-sized government contractors
