Anthropic is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage scheduling and enhance candidate experience. You will work closely with recruiters to ensure efficient scheduling of interviews and provide support to candidates throughout their journey.
The ideal candidate has over 2 years of high-volume scheduling experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for maintaining a positive candidate experience. This is a fully remote role offered on a 6-month contract with a competitive compensation package.
