Executive Search Director | Legal | REMOTE

Salary $50k-$90k base + up to 70% commission.

Join an established , fully remote legal executive search firm. Leverage your law degree (no practice required!) to place top talent at leading US law firms.

Compensation: Competitive base + uncapped 50-70% commission! Join a collaborative team of 9 and growing.

• Preferred but not essential:
  Have a law degree from a reputable school (no practical experience necessary).
• Proven ability in full-desk recruitment (new client acquisition & passive candidate sourcing).
• Experience in recruiting for professional industries such as legal, accounting & finance, technology, life sciences, engineering, audit, risk & compliance, or other executive search backgrounds.
• Consistently bill over $300k annually.
