• Identify prospective healthcare candidates via our exclusive platform enhanced by your personal network
• Engage with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Schedule consultations between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Follow up with leads to sustain their interest and guide them on their career journey
• Keep accurate and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Generate commission based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and hires originating from your leads

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive, self-starter approach you take charge of your schedule, never the reverse
• A passion for outreach, connecting with others, and supporting individuals as they evolve in their careers
• No prior recruiting background required if you're organized and resourceful, we will equip you with the necessary training
