• Manage all job postings and coordinate translations
• Schedule and administer interviews effectively
• Handle candidate communications and inquiries
• Support onboarding processes with HR specialists
• Organize talent initiatives and maintain accurate records

• Confidence with Microsoft Office and ATS systems
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingualism in French and English preferred
