Hr Plant Generalist - Maternity Cover

Position: HR PLANT GENERALIST - MATERNITY COVER
Location: Rivalta di Torino

Job Description Summary As Plant HR Generalist, you will be providing support to the site HR Leader and to the client HRM’s on daily HR activities. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions and apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.

Essential Responsibilities Support the implementation and the correct application of HR policies, procedures, practices, and processes staffing and organization.

Follow research and selection activities with a particular focus on technical and production profiles, in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition team and external suppliers.

Manage the agency worker onboarding process and contracts and provide continuous support to people leaders to be compliant with applicable labor legislation managing this workforce.

Support the team regarding the management of HR Analytics tools and processes.

Assure that appropriate training opportunities are in place.

Investigate and provide advice and counsel regarding concerns about policies, procedures, practices or contractual issues.

Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment.

Guarantee support on staffing and organization process.

Provide support to key HR processes such as HR dashboard, talent review, compensation planning, communication, and performance management.

Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor/Master degree from an accredited university (ideally Law, HR, Economics).Proactive and self‑starter.

Able to work independently and to communicate with stakeholders all across the organization.

Confident with digital tools and media.

Fluent in English and Italian.

Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required.
