Key Responsibilities:
• Scope roles and define success profiles with Delivery Managers
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including Boolean and social networks
• Assess candidates for capability and team fit
• Present shortlists with relevant candidate insights and status
• Drive the candidate experience from interview to onboarding
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or equivalent
• Comfort in working globally across multiple time zones
