Our People team is looking for a US Reward Advisor to join the team.
What You Will Be DoingWe are launching a brand-new role within the Reward Team, providing local US support across the full Reward portfolio. The role is designed to improve the speed, quality, and resilience of Reward delivery in the US, acting as a key connector between global Reward expertise and local business needs. The role spans payroll, benefits, compensation, and mobility, with a strong focus on practical delivery, employee support, and proactive problem‑solving.
Benefits& Wellbeing (≈35% of the role)
- Deliver end‑to‑end US benefits administration and support renewals/benchmarking
- Provide employee advisory support (queries, claims, leave) and lead communications including open enrollment
- Manage US wellbeing initiatives, including budget, forums, and champion network
- Produce benefits‑related compliance reporting
- Provide US‑based mobility and visa support, including ownership of select visa types
- Manage remote working requests, transfers, and right‑to‑work checks
- Act as a key contact for travel and immigration queries
- Support salary benchmarking, review processes, and pay queries
- Maintain compensation data (banding/salary) and assist with profit share (bonus) delivery
- Contribute to peakon insights and action planning
- Cross‑train to support the payroll team when necessary, building to full ownership over time
- Support state registrations and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Act as a US time‑zone contact for payroll queries, including pay‑stub access and issue resolution
- Experience across one or more Reward disciplines (Benefits, Payroll, Comp, or Mobility)
- Strong operational delivery focus with attention to detail
- Confidence handling employee queries and sensitive topics
- Ability to apply judgement within defined policies and guardrails
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a globally distributed team, including being line managed by a manager based in a different country (UK‑based)
- Collaborating closely with Reward team members across the UK and Bulgaria
- Balancing global alignment with local US delivery needs
- Ability to build strong working relationships with US‑based HR and Recruitment colleagues, partnering effectively on the ground while remaining connected to a globally structured Reward team
- Comfortable working across systems and data (e.g., Workday, trackers, reporting)
- Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing through insight and judgement
