Position: HR Coordinator - Geophysical Institute (GI)

The Geophysical Institute Human Resources department is seeking TWO Assistant HR Coordinators to be a part of our team. Human Resource experience is not required, but a great attitude, administrative experience, and a willingness to learn are what we are looking for in our newest team member.

To thrive in this role, you should have a basic knowledge of office software programs, basic computer use, and customer service skills. Human Resource experience is not required, but a great attitude, administrative experience, and a willingness to learn.

Minimum Qualifications
  • One year college coursework in human resources, and two years of technical human resources experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Position Details
  • Full‑time, Grade 77
  • Term‑funded, non‑exempt
  • 12‑month position
