We invite seasoned, entrepreneurial recruiters to become part of our team as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. This role transcends traditional desk work; it is a launchpad fueled by innovation. You’ll lead full-cycle placements as you cultivate meaningful relationships with clients. With some of the highest commission rates in the industry, your efforts will translate into proportional rewards based on the value you generate.

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee Full-Cycle Searches from initial discussions through successful closures.
  • Act as Liaison for Clients, grasping their hiring needs, pain points, and corporate culture.
  • Strategically Source Talent using our advanced CRM/ATS and supplementing with your own professional network.
  • Utilize Our Platform for seamless candidate management, effective tracking of outreach, automated follow-ups, and excellent organization.
  • Focus on Permanent Placements that contribute long-term benefits for clients and yield significant commissions for you.
  • Engage in Thought Leadership to boost both our company's and your own public profile.

Ideal Candidate Characteristics
  • 23+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape or a desire to learn we are here to support your growth
  • Skilled in managing client relationships and effectively closing offers
  • Comfortable using ATS/CRM systems (we will provide training on our platform)
  • Possessing an entrepreneurial mindset with an aspiration to establish something meaningful
