Position: Senior Payroll Specialist - Hybrid Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Process comprehensive payroll for all employees

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

• Participate in improvements for payroll systems

• Generate and analyze payroll reports

• Engage with HR and operational teams for best practices

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of payroll experience required

• Knowledge of both Canadian and U.S. payroll

• Strong Excel proficiency and attention to detail

• Bilingual in English and French

• Payroll certification (ACP, PCP) is beneficial
