In this vital role, you will support the human resources team in maintaining compensation program data integrity and contributing to various projects within the Total Rewards function. Identifying areas for process improvements will be key as you partner with others to ensure our compensation programs remain competitive and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct compensation analysis and benchmarking
• Maintain integrity of job descriptions in JDX
• Support compensation surveys and data submissions
• Monitor and process compensation-related invoices
• Collaborate on new benefits programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3 years of combined HR experience
• Familiarity with Success Factors highly desired
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
