Location: Genf
Page Group Switzerland recherche un(e) HR Business Partner à 50% pour accompagner les managers dans la gestion des ressources humaines. Le rôle exige une maîtrise parfaite du français et un allemand au niveau B2. Les principales missions incluent le conseil, la gestion des conflits et le recrutement.
Le candidat idéal doit avoir une expérience confirmée dans un rôle similaire en Suisse et être reconnu pour ses compétences en communication et en gestion de situations complexes. Ce poste offre des avantages tels que 5 semaines de vacances et la possibilité de travailler en home office le mercredi après-midi.
