Overview
Human Resources Generalist (Remote - US). This role focuses on supporting employees and managers across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and HR systems management. The position requires a proactive, solutions-oriented professional who can bring clarity to complex situations while building strong partnerships across the organization. With the flexibility of a remote setup, this role is well-suited for someone who is independent, resourceful, and eager to make a strategic impact on both daily operations and long-term HR initiatives.
Base pay range$65,000.00/yr - $76,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and candidate experience to ensure seamless integration of new hires
- Provide day-to-day support on employee relations, including coaching, investigations, conflict resolution, and compliance with employment laws
- Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS (Workday preferred) and collaborate with payroll for timely processing
- Support benefits administration, leave of absence management, and employee inquiries
- Lead HR projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance workflows, efficiency, and employee experience
- Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to inform HR strategy and organizational effectiveness
- Coordinate training, engagement programs, and culture-building initiatives across the organization
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience and 2+ years of general HR experience
- Hands-on experience managing employee relations and workplace investigations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Word and Excel
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to engage at all levels
- Strong judgment, confidentiality, and ability to work independently in a distributed workforce
- Preferred: SHRM or HRCI certification, and experience supporting cross-functional or remote teams
- Base salary range: $65,000 - $76,000 (with potential adjustments based on experience)
