Position: High-Volume Sales Recruiter Role
Drive talent acquisition as a Sales Recruiter in our high-growth organization. This 6-month contract role combines in-office and remote work to source top sales professionals.

In this critical role, you will handle the entire recruitment process for our Go-To-Market teams. You will thrive in a fast-paced setting, adeptly transforming hiring demands into structured talent pipelines. Building strategic relationships with Sales leadership will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full hiring process from sourcing to offers

• Collaborate with Talent Attraction for effective candidate placement

• Develop strong partnerships with Sales management

• Navigate complex recruiting environments with agility

• Align with internal departments for smooth onboarding

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in fast-paced recruiting roles

• Must be able to work in-office 3 days a week

• Expertise in direct sourcing from competitors

• Proven ability to engage senior hiring managers

• Familiarity with technology and SaaS markets
