We are currently seeking a Sr. People Success Partner in United States.

In this role, you will lead employee relations and operational HR initiatives, primarily supporting R&D teams. You will be a strategic partner to managers and leaders, enhancing the employee experience through policy application, data-driven decision-making, and fostering a values-aligned culture. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Legal, HR, and People Business Partners, providing coaching, conducting investigations, and designing scalable people programs.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, managing investigations and partnering with Legal.
  • Handle involuntary separations, performance management, and accommodations.
  • Advise leaders and HR on performance, compliance, and workforce planning.
  • Maintain and develop clear, accessible people policies and resources.
  • Lead training sessions for managers on policies and best practices.
  • Use data analytics to identify trends and inform people programs.
  • Promote company values and act as a cultural steward.
  • Requirements:
  • 7+ years in employee relations or HR generalist roles, preferably in tech organizations.
  • Experience conducting investigations and advising on sensitive employee issues.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Effective communication skills and influence across levels.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
