What You’ll Do

Do you love hearing candidates say, “thank you for a great recruiting experience”? As a Recruiter on our team, you’ll play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across both technical and non-technical roles. You will:

  • Source active and passive candidates through a variety of channels, building strong pipelines of talent.
  • Aggressively source and build pipelines of high-quality passive and active candidates using innovative and diverse strategies—Boolean search, talent mapping, networking, referrals, and social media outreach.
  • Screen candidates to assess qualifications and guide them smoothly through the interview process.
  • Proactively communicate with candidates throughout the process, ensuring clarity, transparency, and a positive reflection of the phData brand.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, design effective recruiting strategies, and consult on best practices.
  • Lead the offer stage, including extending offers and negotiating compensation.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and scheduling with efficiency, ensuring readiness of both candidates and panelists.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams—data analytics, engineering, managed services, program management, and more—ensuring we bring the best talent into every corner of the business.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 3 years of technical recruiting experience.
  • Full-cycle recruiting expertise, from sourcing through closing and negotiation.
  • Proven ability to engage and convert passive candidates.
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics to assess sourcing effectiveness and refine strategies.
  • Solid understanding of recruiting metrics and KPIs (time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline conversion, satisfaction).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a lean team environment.
  • Professional-level English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting offers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering an excellent and timely candidate experience.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple open positions across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Maintain excellence across core recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline conversion, and candidate/hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Partner with hiring managers in a consultative capacity, advising on recruitment strategy, interview process, and market insights.
  • Use phData’s recruiting tools and systems to manage candidate pipelines, improve operational efficiency, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Schedule and coordinate all candidate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and panelists.
  • Collaborate with the TA leadership and hiring teams to align on workforce planning and support talent development initiatives.
  • Uphold and continuously improve best practices across recruitment operations—including job postings, social campaigns, ATS workflows, and candidate communications.
  • Represent phData with professionalism, integrity, and alignment to our mission, vision, and core values.
