Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Professional Recruiter (Hospitality, Hotel, Restaurant) - Remote to join our team. This role is pivotal in attracting top talent within the hospitality, hotel, and restaurant sectors. As a remote recruiter, you will leverage your industry knowledge and recruiting expertise to source, engage, and hire the best candidates for various positions in hospitality, hotels, and restaurants.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, with a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges within these industries.

Key Responsibilities: As a Professional Recruiter (Hospitality, Hotel, Restaurant) - Remote, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. You will develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for roles across the hospitality, hotel, and restaurant sectors. This includes sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.

You will also build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates. Additionally, you will be tasked with staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications: To succeed as a Professional Recruiter (Hospitality, Hotel, Restaurant) - Remote, you should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience within the hospitality, hotel, or restaurant industries is essential. You should have a strong understanding of the unique requirements and challenges in these sectors, with a proven ability to identify and attract top talent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you will be engaging with candidates and hiring managers remotely. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is also required. The ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple tasks and deadlines, is crucial for this role.
