PEPL has been engaged to place an experienced remote Contract Recruiter to provide temporary recruiting support for a client in the professional services industry. This individual will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and must have hands-on experience with the UKG Ready recruiting module. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable partnering with hiring managers in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, from intake through offer acceptance
  • Utilize the UKG Ready recruiting module to post jobs, manage candidate pipelines, track applicant activity, and ensure accurate data entry
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles
  • Source candidates using job boards, Linked In, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and stakeholders
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws, internal processes, and documentation standards
  • Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, pipeline health, and hiring metrics

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
  • Direct, hands-on experience using UKG Ready (recruiting/ATS module required)
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (corporate, professional, hourly, or technical—depending on client need)
  • Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
