Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Summary:

• Pay: $23-$25 per hour

• Shifts Available:
Office Hours 8am-5pm (Remote Position)

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate and interview data
• Assist with job postings and ensure roles are properly advertised across platforms
• Prepare interview materials and organize candidate documentation
• Support onboarding logistics, including offer letters, background checks, and new hire setup coordination
• Monitor recruiting metrics and assist with reporting as needed
• Help improve recruiting processes and contribute to operational efficiencies
• Partner with HR and hiring teams to ensure compliance with company policies and hiring procedures

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required

• Previous recruiter experience for a food manufacture industry required

• Previous ATS tracking system experience required - Previous text scheduling platform system required (similar to Paradox)
