AboutThe Role
We are seeking an experienced, high‑impact recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, with a focus on scaling our go‑to‑market organization (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Strategy). The senior, individual‑contributor recruiter will drive high‑priority searches, partner with senior stakeholders, and operate with urgency and precision. Experience recruiting within financial services, technology, or fintech is preferred.
Responsibilities- Lead high‑impact searches and own full‑cycle recruiting.
- Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and search strategy.
- Drive structured, high‑quality interview processes and screen executive‑level candidates.
- Articulate company vision, strategy, and competitive positioning, selling the role to candidates.
- Serve as trusted advisor on market trends, talent mapping, and candidate calibration.
- Build proactive talent pipelines and develop outbound sourcing strategies for senior and hard‑to‑fill roles.
- Manage candidate experience and shepherd candidates through the entire recruiting process.
- Use ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) and data/metrics to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, including agency and high‑growth startup environments.
- Successful completion of complex Director/VP searches and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, consultative approach with strong relationship skills and a high bar for candidate experience.
- Metrics‑oriented, process‑mindful, and comfortable driving the recruitment process independently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to balance speed with quality.
- Competitive salary and on‑target earnings; up to $135k base with potential OTE of $160k–$180k.

This role may be performed fully remotely within the United States. Remote work performed outside of our office hubs (NYC, Austin, Miami, Mountain View) may be subject to New York State tax withholding.
