What You’ll Do Build Talent Pipelines- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles (HR, finance, marketing, clinical, operations, and more)
- Proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates
- Develop strong pipelines aligned with our culture and long-term growth
- Use creative sourcing strategies across platforms, networks, and referrals
- Cultivate meaningful, ongoing connections with candidates—even before roles open
- Serve as a brand ambassador, sharing our culture and mission
- Engage with industry groups and communities to expand reach
Strengthen our employer brand on platforms like Indeed and Glassdoor
- Collaborate with leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring strategies
- Provide market insights and recruiting best practices
- Support hiring managers in delivering strong, consistent candidate experiences
- Deliver thoughtful, transparent, and human-centered interactions
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process
- Represent Mosaic’s values in every conversation
- Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Track key metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline health
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and strategies
- 3–5+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or home office roles preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Ability to engage passive candidates and think long-term
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (Linked In Recruiter, etc.)
- Healthcare or senior living experience is a plus
- You’re a connector who loves building relationships
- You think strategically but act proactively

Candidates must be able to work in office full time at Home Office in Salem, Oregon.
