• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles (HR, finance, marketing, clinical, operations, and more)
• Proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates
• Develop strong pipelines aligned with our culture and long-term growth
• Use creative sourcing strategies across platforms, networks, and referrals

• Cultivate meaningful, ongoing connections with candidates—even before roles open
• Serve as a brand ambassador, sharing our culture and mission
• Engage with industry groups and communities to expand reach

• Collaborate with leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring strategies
• Provide market insights and recruiting best practices
• Support hiring managers in delivering strong, consistent candidate experiences

• Deliver thoughtful, transparent, and human-centered interactions
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process
• Represent Mosaic’s values in every conversation

• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Track key metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline health
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and strategies

• 3–5+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or home office roles preferred)
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Ability to engage passive candidates and think long-term
• Highly organized with strong follow-through
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (Linked In Recruiter, etc.)
• Healthcare or senior living experience is a plus
